The crime rate is 7 ,while the national average is 3 .

The crime rate in pennysylvania has been high but some people say it has come down nowadays.
Anyway do a good research when it comes to housing.

most of the big cities ,especially congested and populated ones ,have the same problem,such as boston,philla..,NY city,...then don't worry
