NEOMED's BS/MD Program Reputation increase over the years?

i have read a lot about NEOMED, but unfortunately half the reviews were pretty negative. now those reviews i have read seemed pretty outdated and NEOMED has changed its courses and added new buildings. so my question is whether the reputation of the school has incrased due to those changes and over the years? and to expand on that, could i get into a good residency program (Cleveland Clinic) if i were to graduate from the BS/MD program?
