Can anyone tell me the upside and downside ethically and economically of working for a Pediatrix NICU?

I'd suggest talking to neonatologists in both settings and see what their likes and dislikes are. I'm sure OBP will hop in here when he sees this thread. But as with many corporate structures, I've hear a few gripes about Pediatrix in the neonatal world, mainly because they have minimal control over how they operate.

hmmm...I don't think I like being thought of as THAT predictable 😡

I have nothing bad to say about Pediatrix and they can tell you the good side themselves - they don't need me for that. 😉
