I'm interested in knowing how important everyone thinks the EM, IF, and LM images are going to be for the nephritic/nephrotic syndromes. In our renal section exams I remember the differences in the images could be very subtle, so does that mean they will provide us with enough in the question stem to answer the question, without the image?
Will we even need to worry about those images at all? I mean obviously I will remember the "tram-tracks" of MPGN but there are a lot of small details in these that it seems super low-yield.
