What is the renal effect of combination thiazides and CCBs? (Sorry I know that is not purpose of this forum but would appreciate the help)
I have searched pubmed/uptodate but have not found anything beyond ACCOMPLISH trial. But that did not explain the reason CCBs are not recommended with thiazide diuretics.
