I'm taking the NERB this spring. It has been 23 years since I took any board exam. dang.
Anyway, for the endo part I have practiced on several teeth and noted that the ivorine is softer than the clear root. Any tips to avoid a little ledge at the junction?? esp on the molar. One of mine had a 'pre-made' ledge that was present before any instruments other than an endo explorer got there. What techniques have worked to smooth that out??
As far as the molar access goes, How 'straight-line' do they want it? Do they want the buccal files pretty much vertical to the axis of the roots?? I can make it look however they want. After this long I better be able to.......
Thanks!!!!
