When you are performing a nerve block with hydrodissection, are you going at the site of entrapment or proximal to the site of entrapment where the nerve shows focal enlargement? Example: for ulnar neuropathy at the elbow, are you injecting at the true cubical tunnel as the ulnar nerve traverses under the flexor carpi ulnaris (FCU) muscle or injecting at the site of proximal nerve enlargement which is usually apparent at the retrocondylar groove by the medial epicondyle?
 
Just blast it all..both.

Most important is after rubbing it in. There's some diffusion that occurs.

I have had patients go to super academic places. No relief.

Then do the above. It works..
