This will likely be my first and last thread creation, as I become majorly dis-involved on any thread but CUSOM, but I know there is and will continue to be a lot of worry and different rumors going around about new programs. I am a big proponent of doing your background research before choosing any program whether new or old but age doesn't always dictate the quality of the program.
CUSOM recently went through our annual accreditation visit (which we apparently will every year until our inaugural class graduates) and met all 80+ requirements and standards and additionally received multiple commendations (above and beyond)... which rumor has it, may be the first time ever a school didn't receive a single area for correction! Now don't get me wrong, our school, isn't perfect but that is impressive by any standards. Just providing a little something in defense of the new schools.
