Ok...I submitted my application on June 3rd, my GPA has been verified and I am just waiting for my applications to be mailed out to schools. However, I have not taken my DAT yet and have planned to take them in August. I am taking bio and orgo now and feel like I will not have enough time to prepare. I trying to go through my chapters in class along with the DAT prep in Kaplan blue nook. I feel like there is no turning back though because the app is already in. I hope I will be ready for the DAT. Anybody have any advice! How i should prepare and/or how much time I should be putting in?!

THANKS!

Use Kaplan to supplement your class readings but don't 'study' for those DAT sections while you are still in the classes.

If you have this sort of time, take a couple days off from studying after your classes end. Then go back to Kaplan and any other review books and review the material that they mention. Don't waste your time on really complicated orgo reactions (for example) from chapter 25 or whatever in your book that almost certainly won't appear on the DAT.
