Your GPA is above a 3.3 and you have a 20's across the board (minus QR) why would you ever be worried. You should be receiving interviews in the next month. I feel like October is when a lot of invites pour in 😀

Was your application complete early August? Or i that just when you submitted? Not a big factor here, but state residency? Overall, the package isn't bad at all. It's a matter of waiting it out. What's up with 6 schools? I think you'll be fine.

I e-submitted late july, and my application was completed for all of the schools early august. My state of residence if PA. Thanks for the input guys. I'm just a bit worried, because everyone else has been hearing back.

Your stats are solid, but I would've applied to more schools if I were you. If you are instate for any of the schools you applied you should be set.

Good luck!

Don't know how much this helps, but with comparable stats 5 years ago (20/20/20 & 3.6/3.4/3.4) I got into Temple, VCU, Maryland, Pitt, and a few others. You didn't apply to many schools but I still think you have a good shot.

Thanks for the reply, I hope you don't mind me asking, but did apply around the same time as I did? If so, did you start receiving interviews toward the later part of the cycle?

Yep to what everyone's said. stats are quite good, maybe would have applied to a few more than 6, but if you did your research and determined those are the ones that give you the best shot or are the only ones you'd want to go to...sit back and try to breathe. Even with the 6, you should still get a few bites and I'd expect land a couple. I'm as impatient as it comes, so I understand, but do try to enjoy the journey.

You and I have have very similar stats and similar schools we applied to. I just heard from LECOM last week and my apps were in late July early August. SDN has caused me to freak out too but try not to stress it. You can't do anything else at this point. I'm sure you'll hear something soon.

Still haven't heard anything yet. You guys are right, I probably should have applied to more schools. I'm thinking about adding NYU and UMDNJ, but I feel like it might not be worth it seeing how it is getting kind of late an all.

Apply! It really can't hurt you (besides the financial aspect). It's your future and it's worth the investment :O.

Apply. I know it sucks paying an extra couple hundred bucks, but it's nothing compared to potentially losing a year by not getting in this cycle. Personally, I think you'll get a couple of interviews just from the six schools to which you applied initially, but you can never be too careful. 🙂

If I were you I would definitely call LECOM ASAP until you get someone on the phone. Make them check the status of your application. I have heard horror stories and was even a part of one. In a lot of cases they somehow don't realize your application is complete and they don't review it until you call and check the status. I called them and a few hours after I called them I got a convenient e-mail saying that my application was being reviewed. Then a couple days later I got another e-mail saying that no decision was made on my app and that they were going to wait another 90days to look at it again. I always wonder that would have been the case if I would have gotten a hold of someone sooner.

Took your advice and contacted them. They sent me an email a few days later that my supplemental fee has just been processed, even though I submitted it in mid august. About a week after receiving that email, I got a rejection letter. Dammmmmnnnnnn. Out of all the schools, I thought Lecom would've been my best shot!

What are you going to do, drop out if someone says your chances are no good? Just keep your head in the game and wait it out like the rest of us. Just think, the overachievers with crazy good stats who get multiple acceptances will have to reject all but one of those, opening up those spots for us.
