Is it possible to generate some net resources for all residents here? I'm in a 3rd world country, doing my residency in plastic and a heck of a lot of resources are just not available here (usually because our budget managers scream when they see journal costs). Since quite a number of us do need similar stuff (esp presentations, etc), can't we somehow put them together here as a framework for anyone to work on?

Secondly, can we start a clinical discussion for any complex cases? We should get some good inputs from each other.
