starting this rotation, need a good pocket book or fun read to brush up on my neuro.. i have clinical neurology for psychiatrists but i cant bring my self to opening..it looks sooo dry.. i'm parched just looking at....

Pocket neurology is good for a reference (published by MGH), and UpToDate is always great if you have access to it. If you get pocket neuro you can get it in a small yellow binder that looks like the pocket medicine one, or you can get the Kindle version and access it on your phone or tablet which costs less and is pretty convenient.

I didn't try to read anything cover-to-cover except the neuro chapter in First Aid for Step 3.
