neuro shelf: 64% on blueprints mcq...any suggestions?

Hey,

I've got 5 more days til neuro shelf. Just tried out the 59 question mcq at the end of blueprints....and a disappointing 64%. any recommendation in terms of whether i should try to go through blueprints text or do pretest another round? the stupid chapter of hereditary/developmental disorders (i.e. lysosmal stoarge diseases, hereditary diseases, etc) sucks.....argghh.....all the stuff sounds the same..... what kinda percentages did u get on blueprints vs ur real score? thanks.
