I am having a hard time learning neurological examination with findings and lesion locations. Please help with suggestions, summary, charts, etc. Thank you.

ok first, you need to get a patterned exam burned into your head. Doesn't matter what order it is, so long as you do it the same way every time. I like mental status, cranial nerves, motor strength, sensory modalities, reflexes, and cerebellar tests. Disdiadochokinesia is a fantastic word.
