Neurology book?

So, I was wondering if there was any good book for neurology (path, pathophys, and pharm heavy rather than just plain neuroanatomy or basic 1st year neuroscience). Something along the lines of Lilly for Cardiology or West for Pulmonology - basically, a text (not a review book), but not one one that's ridiculously large

Anyone use "Basic Clinical Neuroscience" by Young & Young?
