Neurology Rotation for Caribbean students

Hello, I'm in the midst of 3rd year clinicals and would like to end up with a Neurology residency.

I'd like to complete a neurology rotation in a program that has a neurology residency (hopefully in the South).

Unfortunately, every program I've contacted that allows international students as guest students explicitly denies Caribbean students. Pretty disheartening.

Any tips/advice?

Not sure if it matters but my Step 1 was 249, and I attend Ross University. I'll complete Step II next June.
