Neuropathology for dummies

Any idea what is the best neuropathology text for dummies (and affordable). Please do not refer me to the best accepted 5000 page textbook, I would like a referal for a concise text that is easy reading for a non-pathologist who just want to learn simple neuropathology to pass his neuro boards.

Practical Review of Neuropathology by Fuller and Goodman. I have an older edition (2001), I am not sure if a newer edition is available.

Approx. 300 pages but it is a soft cover book. Lots of pics and tables. It is easy to read quickly for review purposes. Lots of bulleted points in the side margins to emphasize important points for test taking purposes.

I love this book like a child, I often sleep with it.
