Yes! Why won't it? If you did well in the class and feel the professor can write you a great letter, definitely go for it! Neuro is just as sciency as gen chem, bio, orgo...etc

I was looking on the (USC? Or UCLA?), and I saw that they require two science letters, which they then specified that they had to be from bio, Chem, or physics classes. I just was confused about the BCP part...
