Continuing on the same "WHERE DO YOU WANT TO LIVE" question... Would you rather:

1) Gamble on weekends, do fancy-pants stuff (nightlife, restaurants)
2) Go to football/bball games, chill out around town (college bars, nice but not too many fancy-pants places), go to other cities for fancy-pants

1) Have more trauma in the ED (probably vegas)
2) Have less trauma in the ED (most likely gville)

1) Live in a city (half million population)
2) Live in a college town (~150K population during the UF and santa fe comm college semesters, about 95K without the students)

1) Travel easier directly from the vegas airport
2) Drive to 1.5-2 hrs to Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa airport to get a direct flight anywhere (gville airport is pretty regional and expensive to go far)

This could go on and on. Just depends on the type of person you are. Good luck with the decision.

FWIW, Vegas is closer to 2 million population... Your points are well taken overall though.

Thanks for the correction. I knew the gville stats off-hand but relied on Google for the vegas stat... usually serves me well but not this time. Either way, Go Gators on Jan. 8th (shameless and inappropriately-placed plug).
