guys, it seems there are always newer books coming out for anesthesia. which books do u guys recommend from the new crop?

Does anyone have an opinion on The Anesthesia Guide? I saw it in a bookstore. It is full color, organized in short chapters, and very practical. Same publisher as M&M. I thought the regional section is really good. Thinking of getting it as a Kindle version (to have on my iPad). Has anyone had a chance to read it in detail and see whether it's worth buying?
