New Application as an incoming D.5 for VCU?

As an incoming D.5, are we supposed to resubmit our last year's AADSAS application or fill out completely new one (i.e. new personal statement) ? I understand that we must submit one new letter of recommendation, but is there anything else new that needs to be included? I heard that it's just a formality..... :/ Does anybody know?
