I am going to graduate next year, and I am interviewing for Anesthesiology private practice positions. I was at an interview and the group reports that they do not employ CRNAs. Hence no supervising CRNAs.

Some attendings in academic and private practice do not recommend supervising CRNAs early in private practice for reasons given that I still need more experience as an anesthesiologist. I can see their point.

Yet if I were to take an academic faculty position at my home institution or any other institution, I would immediately be supervising residents and CRNAs.
Also, there are many jobs in private practice that MD/DO supervises the CRNA. Obviously, this could be easier work in theory, and is considered a normal function of an attending anesthesiologist.

What are the opinions out there for new anesthesiology attendings?
