I have 2008 berkeley review organic chemistry and general chemistry books, is there enough of a difference in the newer books to warrant me buying them?

The only differences are in some of the drawings (crisper and some improved images in the new ones), a couple questions here and there (maybe 2% of the questions have changed), and the electrochemistry chapter in the newer general chemistry book is a couple pages longer in the electrochemical cells section.
