any idea on how to get support on cures?

the browser pooped out after setting up my new security questions...now I can't login and it says "contact admin"...and the help link doesn't go anywhere

Usually if I am ever locked out, I just reset my password. Not sure if that's the answer you're looking for. You can also try one of the phone numbers listed on the home page and see if they connect you to the right person.

Clear your cookies first and see if that helps. This worked for me

We are meeting CURES version 2.0. Starting 01-08-2016.
Requirement (source: https://oag.ca.gov/cures/faqs):
"What Internet browsers are required for CURES 2.0 access?
CURES 2.0 users must use
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11.0 or higher,
Mozilla Firefox,
Google Chrome, or
Safari.
Earlier versions of Internet Explorer are not supported by CURES 2.0 for security considerations.

CURES 1.0 will continue to be made available to clinical users for an indeterminate time to facilitate uninterrupted access to CURES data while health care systems upgrade to CURES 2.0-compatible browsers."

I got same issue at work.
I had no issue at home with Firefox (even though state does not mention version requirement, I just want to share I could log in with Firefox version 43.0.4)

Indirect way: Short Link to get in:
https://oag.ca.gov/cures/faqs
then look on the right and click on "CURES login" which gave me this Direct Long link:
https://cures.doj.ca.gov/siteminder...GxzIeN+f&TARGET=-SM-https://cures.doj.ca.gov/

Direct way: long link (worked in Internet Explorer version 11, too):
https://cures.doj.ca.gov/siteminder...GxzIeN+f&TARGET=-SM-https://cures.doj.ca.gov/

I successfully searched my mom record from home. Hope this helps someone out there....

^^ WORKED! THANK YOU!!

TL:DR - cures 2.0 locked me out @ work using IE. Went home and used direct login link on firefox and completed my updated reg process
