New Car going into residency??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
don't know about years past but this year none of the nova students matched there becuase they matched at places higher on their list (of the three that I know well enough to know their rank list anyways).

amyl,

If you check the groups list for the class you would definitely see that someone from NSU matched at Miami.

Did you say one of your friends matched at UF and he ranked Miami #1?

Anyway, this thread has turned into something totally different It needs to be closed.

so IF you did want to buy a luxury car (not that I have the money for it, but just curious) is it better to buy a used one or to lease a new one?

Despite what the car salesmen tell you, theres no such thing as having equity in your car.

You pay x dollars a month to drive whatever you drive.

My opinion.....answering your question on buy verses lease.....is it depends on the deal.

Lease is a good way to go if you can get a reasonable monthly payment for 15000 miles a year, not ten....

But if you can get a vehicle with a 60 month 0% interest, thats the way to go.

If you cant get it, then lease.

Realizing you are paying x amount per month for the privelege of driving X vehicle.
