Saw there was 108, 109, 110 which features 176 questions instead of 200. Anyone who has taken any of these that can comment on what they're like - if they were different in quality vs the 200 question ones, what to focus on?

They are reflecting new level 2 ce length of 352 questions and timing: so comsae is half of that with 4 hours - that's exactly what you will get pace wise on level 2 ce. Question stem length wise and difficulty wise they are similar to level 2 ce, but content is a bit different.

I just want to say do not pay for a COMSAE. If your school buys one for you, great. Otherwise don’t waste your money. Do not buy any practice materials from the NBOME.

All of them are $hit quality. Save your money

Took 107 today - and I can agree it was a horrible experience. I'm getting 70%+ on kaplan and uworld and ended up with a 516 on the comsae.

Granted I know zero micro or anatomy, but whatever.

Hi friend, any tips on what to focus on for COMSAE 107? I need to pass it with a 500 for my school in order to sit for COMLEX Level 1.. any advice would be so greatly appreciated !

My school also made us take a comsae. The questions are awful compared to uworld.

Hi friend, any tips on what to focus on for COMSAE 107? I need to pass it with a 500 for my school in order to sit for COMLEX Level 1.. any advice would be so greatly appreciated !

My school made us take 107 to sit for COMLEX as well. I Got a 556. my UW averages the last few weeks are about a 70%. Nothing crazy on there, just lots of vague, weirdly asked questions. If you're doing well on UW you'll be just fine
