New edition BRS worth it?

I want to buy a couple of books of the BRS series and came accross some great deals on the 4th edition (2000). The 5th edition was just released this past December and i was unsure how worth it was to spend the extra just to get the 'latest and greatest' edition...i mean how much diff could the 2 be?
Any thoughts?

No. Shelf questions are vetted for two years. Anything new in your BRS won't be on your test. 😉
