new EMG codes

Has anyone started using the new needle EMG codes which took affect January? Specifically, these are: 95885, 95886 and 95887, which to my understanding, are supposed to replace 95860-95864 and also 95870?

Is there much of a pay cut? I thought there wasn't much of hit in 2012, but one coming in 2013.

No medicare payments yet, but the private insurers have not cut me at all.
