ExamKrackers MCAT Complete Study Package, 7th Edition

does anyone know what the difference is between 7th edition compared to the old edition? also whats the isbn number? is it worth getting?

i can only answer the last question...the first time i studied for the mcat i left it all up the princeton review (i was doing way too much stuff at once). i ended up w/ a 28.

second time around, i bought up the examcrackers in o chem, physics, bio and esp verbal--the 10 full length practice test--and holed up with those books (and some other books w/ a lot of practice passages) and raised my verbal (8 to 10) and my BS (9 to 11).

i feel like the examcrackers verbal definitely helped, the passages were very well designed and doing a full length section at a time helped me gain stamina and concentrate longer (after awhile on verbal i tend to give up mentally 🙄).

The difference between the 6th and 7th edition is minimal. A few errors were corrected here and there. The difference between the 5th and 6th editions however are drastic. There were lot of errors in the 5th that were corrected in the 6th. I am pretty sure you cant find the 7th on ebay, but you can get the 6th.

is the mcat always in the same order, i.e. physical, verbal then biological?
