Figured I'd be the guy that gets this out of the way.

On a tangential note: we got word at my one job site that MediSUCK (mediTECH) is being replaced by another EMR.
Although I'll piss on the grave of MediSUCK, I can't wait to see how dumb the new EMR is.
Whoever thought that not being able to re-size MediSUCK was a good idea?
Also, instead of redesigning the tracking board... lets just jam more data in a smaller space, making everything indistinguishable.
CERNER without the "Large Icons" option is like trying to read a Chinese newspaper. Many many many small characters, none of which look like the items that they're supposed to represent.
I was going to make a Cerner joke about this, but yeah.
Still, CERNER is the best of the options available, save for EPIC which I have limited experience with.
I have a black belt in autotexts.
I don't like it. And I can't find out how to run old school mode, either. The new format is too busy and my eyes don't know where to go.Anyone else hate the new forum format?
Prior to the update you could and I did. But on this new update, I can't find out how to do classic mode. Newer isn't always better. I like classic mode better. Can we opt to use classic mode? I was in classic mode before and it was much nicer.
Why does everything have to change in life? Why can't someone make something, see that it works, and just leave it alone.

This update was because we're towards the end of life for Xenforo 1. For this update we also wanted to tie-together the articles and the forums. You’re getting old, RF.
Also, why do they always change the forum!?!?
Clear your cookies and cache and whatnot.Yeah don’t like the update.
Anybody having post-update trouble logging in? When I try to log on from a computer it acts like I didn’t enter anything. I can only log in from my phone. The horror.

Yes. It's XF 2.1Is this still Xenforo?

If you're at HCA... then you're going to "love" PatientKeeper.
Yeah, we're told we're getting PatientKeeper.
What do you know?
@thegenius are you using the basic style (bottom left of screen). I've found it's the most tolerable. Has actually started growing on me.
Unless this is dummy data (which I'm hoping it is based on SIMHOSPITAL on the right), you have patient information plastered all over the place here. Just checking....From the inpatient side... worse in every way. My third year of residency we transitioned to PK and it was more annoying to write notes, put in orders, determine what orders were actually active, or do pretty much anything else.
Enjoy your new lab screen. The historical trend at the bottom only displays for which ever lab you clicked on.
Yes I am. Guess I'll just have to get used to it as I know it's not going back.
Yeah, I don't think that "John Gacy" (although a different middle name) is a real patient.Unless this is dummy data (which I'm hoping it is based on SIMHOSPITAL on the right), you have patient information plastered all over the place here. Just checking....
Yea, we're stuck. @Lee said there weren't many other options. The Basic style has grown on me.
Yea, I’ve probably cut down my SDN use by 75%. Not necessarily a bad thing, lol.

So, I’m going from Cerner FirstNet/PowerChart with Dragon to MediTech and MModal. How bad is my life going to suck for the rest of Residency?
A lot.
Any hospital that would willingly swith from Cerner to MediTech is clearly run by r-*****.
