What is the reasonable starting salary for new grad working in OMD practice with admin responsiblity (EHR government measures), working 6 days a week? (east coast area).

Do you know a lot about EHR government regulations? I assume you're talking about meaningful use.

If so, the answer to your question is "a friggin lot." Especially if working six days a week.

Why would a OMD practice assign EHR responsibilities to a new grad? Something doesn't add up. The practice is lacking serious administrative support by asking an OD to do 6 work days and meaningful use. You would need to be compensated very very very well for this.....
