New Housing at NYCPM?

Hey does anyone know about the new housing that has opened up at NYCPM?

It seems pretty vague on the details. It says it is going to open up in 2015. Does that mean the January class can move in there? Also does anyone know the layout of the rooms (studio, single, two bedroom one bath, etc.) and the price? Thanks.

Any current students have any info on this? I'll definitely ask about it during my interview 10/21

They are still waiting to hear back from the developers. Rent would include utilities, Internet, and all the amenities. There are double share, singles, and deluxe singles. They don't know about costs yet.

They are hoping to start this by next August.

It's much closer to the shool than the heritage.

Is it first-come, first-serve? I'm not submitting my application until mid-December and most likely won't hear from them until Feb/March (taking the Jan MCAT) but if possible, I'd like to know if it would be too late if I (hopefully!) get accepted in March-April.
