New Jersey Intern License application

I am currently a pharmacy student in an another state that is not New Jersey. I am appointed to have an APPE rotation in the state of New Jersey. I have been searching on the NJ board of pharmacy for an intern application but cannot find one. Does one really exist?

NJ has a technician application, but I don't believe you need to be licensed as a technician to do APPEs in NJ, unless your school or rotation site lists that as a requirement?
