someone just told me that New jErsey is going to opt out of the federal supervision requirements? has anyone heard this?

No, they are not opting out, which has been a point of confusion ever since news article came out stating such. Opt out is a billing issue, whereas here they are trying to change some law since they were recently added to the list of APN providers in the BON language. I tell exactly what it was but I cannot understand legalese. Butb it has nothing to do with independent practice or billing.

some recruited told me it is offical jan1.. Im like why didnt i hear about any of this...?
