New Kaplan patholgoy vs. old

I got the new Kaplan course and videos and was going through the Pathology videos but found that the old videos with Dr. John Baron seemed better, he covered more while the new guys left things out. Is it alright to use the old videos with the new books even though a lot of content has changed. I know the exam underwent some revisions in 2010 but will it differ a lot if I choose to stick with the old videos and pathology book.

I actually like the new pathology videos more for some sections like GI. I'd say both sets have their strengths (so far).
