Hi i have read many of the threads and i was wondering if i could get some more advice. I have bought the new edition of kaplan step 3 lecture notes and I reviewed the videos, I have couple of questions i was wondering someone could help me with. After reading the lecture notes should i read the master the boards by kaplan? I have heard many things about premier review and i was wondering its much superior to new kaplan lecture notes( i would really appreciate it if someone who has read the new ones comment too) and do i need to read the premier review instead of the kaplan lecture notes.
Thank You

New kaplan Step 3 notes is very good. Much superior to the older version.
Supplement it with master the boards because it gives you very quick overview of all topics. If you think you need to listen to lectures, Archer video lectures are very superior lectures with crystal clear guidelines

so you dont think i need to do premier review after reading the kaplan package?

Premier Review is the only way to go. Thoroughly go through Premier supplementing with both Kaplan step 3 qb and UW is what I would do for Step 3ck preparation. Good luck!!!:luck:

honestly, I do not have any experience with Premier Review. I think Kaplan Step 3 + Master the boards is a great combo and is very sufficient. I am using Archer lectures as well which emphasizes the needed stuff. I am scoring very well on all the question banks, UW and Kaplan. My approach is to first pick up one topic, read it from these sources and then I do MCQs in that particular topic. My averages are arround 65% in UW and I am doing it for the first time. Since the above sources are all that I used and since my average went up, I do not think there is need for any other course. Too many books and courses will usually confuse the thinking process. In fact, you can start off with buying master the boards as it comes at a low price of $29 on Amazon. It is not even a big investment. Just turn over few pages and you will know what I am talking about. Best wishes to you.
