Im going to a new job this summer, you need to fill out like a hundred pages of staff privelages forms, Medicare and what not for billing.

WELL, I waited until the last minute to do it all, and while I was working hastily just checked a bunch of boxes...
A huge form with 50 questions all requiring a "NO" answer like:
Are you a felon?
Are you a drug addict?
Have you ever been denied certification? etc etc
Then at the bottom of the page: Are you mentally competent to work and consider yourself sane?
I check NO as well and my application was rejected!!! Now my job date may need to be moved back a month which will cost me like $18,000 pretax---> 18 grand typo blunder.

I just called the chief of the medical staff at this hospital and....the form was a joke!...a gag staff privelages form, his assistant says everyone misses that ? and then laughed into the phone for like 5 solid minutes....What hospital sends out a gag form? Im going to start a lab within 3-4 years. I have a brilliant idea that involves a combination of DAT'ing (direct access testing), array analysis and Native American land that will destroy my competition. This is top secret of course.
