WA is a great state to work in as a pa. laws are good, medical board likes us, plenty of jobs.

Thanks, you are always reliable for solid advice.

She is interested in EM or general urgent care, or even family practice. SHe was an ICU RN and CCRN, with some time im the ER, so she knows what sick looks like. My instinct is still to order a CT and then consult.

with her background she shouldn't have a problem finding a job in wa.
do ask over at the pa forum though as there are lots of wa folks there as well.

northwest emergency physicians has a lot of pa jobs in wa and group health (the big hmo up there) does as well.
also check with each of the major seattle medical ctrs as they all use pa's.
