Lets start this thread now on, so that all those who have taken the part 1 with new pattern can help others.I will start by putting in few questions for those who have taken the new style of Part 1 and all my frend please feel free to ask your set of doubts:

1)How was it different and degree of toughness?
2)Is the prep material namely decks,kaplan review and same old style of part 1 papers still helpful for the prep for new pattern?
3)Did u have questions on Medical ethics etc?

Also,for those who have taken the old pattern and now taking the new one,throw some light.....

yea plz give us some pointers as to how to go about studying for part 1..

hi friends , there is no much diference from the old one as per my knowledge. but yes they have added some clinical type questions. like 20%. and the paper will be mixed type not subject wise. but anyway one of my friend is taking it on 15 jan. so by that time we will be cleared. till then have fun and study hard. if you want disscuss on any topic . welcome. i am planing to take my exam on 15th feb.
