NEw pharmacy school question

HEy, since someone mentioned that a new pharmacy school located in San Francisco just opened , do any of u know the deadlines for the application cuz i checked the website and it didnt really say much..i meant since not many ppl know much about this school, should there be an extension to the application deadline? thanks for ur inputs. it just said that we should started applying in sep, and interviews are in november until feb..does that mean the deadline is over?

I haven't heard about a new parmacy school in SF. The only one I know of in the city is UCSF.

I don't think it means the deadline is over, just that it's best to get it in ASAP if you're interested in going to the school. I couldn't find a specific deadline on their website either.. probably should just e-mail them and ask.

In case anyone wanted to know, I just received an e-mail from Touro stating that they will start interviews in December.

I also inquired about the school. Specifically, I asked them how much the tuition (estimated) will be. I couldn't find it on their website. They mailed me a pamphlet about the school, a FAQ's page, a couple letters from the Director of Admissions and an application - which included everything except information about tuition. 🙄 Guess I better call 'em huh?

i was wondering whether anyone knows anything about how clean and safe Touro is. It's located in Mare Island, a naval base, which mean some parts may still be heavily contaminated right? Are they still the the process of cleaning up? Does anyone, who may live in Vallejo, know how safe and clean Touro is? i'm just curious as a general question, does anyone know if dead naval workers are buried at naval base?

Vallejo is like South Central Los Angeles and I have read the the island has high levels of lead because it use to be an old NAVY base. A girl I talked to the other day regarding this school said that that tuition is going to range between 31k and 34k.

It is rolling admissions. So the sooner you get in your app the better.
