Dear Dr. Kashima

Jean Lantz from the University of Iowa gave me your name. I am writing to let you know that Iowa has now been accredited for its first ever residency in Emergency Medicine. The Iowa Emergency Medicine Residency is a 3-year program headquartered at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, and also rotates through St Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. We are currently accepting applications for the residency class starting in July 2004. Interviews will be held throughout November to February. The new Chairman at Iowa is a pretty awesome guy. He was the Research Director at UMass until a month or two ago.
