Hi all,

It's been awhile since I've posted anything here, but I just wanted to make everyone aware of the fact that the score compilation spreadsheet has been updated for the MCAT 2017 exams. The two biggest changes are the addition of the new AAMC FLs in the form and the requirement that you specify when you took your practice exams.

You can find links to the score entry form and the spreadsheet of responses here.

Enjoy!

this spreadsheet scores are literally average 515ish. Either only high scoring people post on that spreadsheet or the low scoring people don't exist

Well most people that are looking up other peoples scores are probably neurotic pre-meds (like myself) and are aiming for a very high score. This spreadsheet attracts obsessive people.

The distinction between practice tests (especially TPR) and real exam scores are so ridiculous. People scoring low 500's on TPR score 520+ on the real exam (and this seems to be the case for the majority of people, seeing crazy bumps between TPR and real day). I've been using TPR to study-- haven't taken any FL's yet, but the in-section practice questions for the chem/phys sections have been killing me, so this kind of gives me hope?

For the 2017 Data

Equation of the trendline:

Actual Score = 0.846*(Average AAMC FL Score) + 82.4

yeah, these #s look ridiculously high. Is there any verification process for data input, or is it all on the honor system?

If the SDN community really is 15 points above average, on average, then can I still use people's progress through practice tests as a good barometer of how I am likely to do?
