I think all residents should take an additional USMLE step 4 before they become attendings. Many countries do this and I don't understand why the US is falling behind on basic standards.👎

Um... Like CHoo Said, Residents Already Do Take Annual Written & Oral BoardExams.... They're Just Not Called Step 4.
