new style MCAT, when to take

since the new mcat will be offered 20 times in 2007, should I still take it in april to be able to submit the amcas as early as possible, or will may be fine since the scores will now be released in 30 days? would you guys recommend still taking it in april so i dont have to study for finals at the same time as the mcat? i am in a postbac program and will be taking orgo and bio this year, but i assume i will just teach myself the 5 percent or so of material that we havent covered yet by the date of the april mcat. opinions?
