Hey, I'm currently a "Freshman" at a public university. However, I completed my high school curriculum alongside an Associates Degree, which gave me over 60 fully transferable credits to the university I'm currently at. I took both of my biology classes which I have credit for. I got a C in Bio 1, and a B in Bio 2. I know for sure, without a doubt, that I can get an A in both of these. I didn't take the class seriously (partly because I was in HS, and also because I didn't know much about whether or not the actual grades would be used in my science GPA calculation). Now that I understand that my grades themselves are considered, my question is how bad will it look if I retook these? I will not do so well in Chemistry, therefore I wanted to show that I can do very well in Biology.
What is your guys' advice? Retake or move on? I will likely be a neuroscience or biology major so I'll have time to "redeem" myself and take other upper level science and non-science courses.
