Hey guys, I've been reading up on this optometry forum for the past few months and just want to say thanks for all the helpful info. Well, I'm off to my Boston interview tomorrow and I just wanted to see if anyone who has interviewed there recently could give some helpful input such as kinds of questions asked, etc. I've actually read up on past posts about it, but it was from two years ago. I go there now...the interview process is very painless and relaxed. It's more of a conversation than an interview (at least for me it was, and ive heard similar stories from classmates). I wouldn't worry too much about it...just be yourself and be prepared to talk about why you want to be an optometrist. Good luck.. 👍

Just curious, how much advance notice did the school give you when setting up the interview appointment?

I got invited in the end of Sept./ beginning of Oct. and they gave me a choice of open interview dates in late Oct., Nov. and Dec. I just chose the date that fit the best with my schedule.

I guess they wont' interview me without my OAT scores and my letters! Sniff sniff...
