Newly accreditated programs

I see on ACGME website that there are a couple newly acreditated psychiatry residency programs but I cannot find any info on them, such as how do apply? Or any website? Anyone know how to apply to these programs?

I assume they will be part of the SOAP if they weren't accepting applications already

Some won't be up and running until 2020, like the newly accredited Nebraska program (which has really good, committed leadership, btw).

There is a thread somewhere in the general residency part about new FP programs. I have to leave for work or I'd find it for you. Maybe some of them have new psych programs too?
