Oh okay, yeah you have plenty of time. DO NOT take the AAMC fls yet. If you you absolutely cannot fight the urge to, take Sample FL 3 weeks before and Fl1 2 weeks before and FL2 a few days-week before actual exam. These are the most valuable sources of practice and indicators of where you are ACTUALLY at. Also, take the Sample FL with a grain of salt as well as it is significantly easier, so do not get cocky from that test. Also, as far as the score drop don't worry about it. Just make sure you are extensively going over the questions you got wrong. If you are getting questions wrong because of content, review that content. If you are getting questions wrong because of interpreting the passage, then more practice is needed. You will start to become familiar with passage styles and whatnot. Also, leave all the AAMC practice materials (which i recommend buying every single one of them) to do until the last 2-3 weeks. Don't be foolish like me and not have any left to do anymore lol. You have to keep in mind that all the AAMC materials were made by the people who make the MCAT exams thus will be the most valuable practice compared to other third party exams.
