I'm sure in the same boat as many people on these boards in that I just got my MCAT score back and do not need to retake (still can't believe it!) I won't be applying until next year and I was wondering if any of you all had any advice for those of us who now have just under a year before we start applying. Is there anything we should be doing over the next couple of months to make the application process easier?

Thanks!

Hey, are you a polar bear too?

My advice is to start writing you personal statement, make sure you have copies of all your transcripts, and start thinking about which schools you want to apply to.

Hmm. . I'd say kick back and relax. Starting in March, April, heck May 2005 will still be plenty of time to hone everything to ludicrous perfection.

Although I do appreciate that my pre-health office made me get the letters of recommendation in order in one of those early months.
