Did any non-first year NHSC scholars (i.e. people who have had their scholarships for > 1 year) received their ORC annual payment yet? And, if you did, was the amount markedly less than it was in previous years?

I thought that the ORC was supposed to have been given out by now, but I don't seem to have received mine yet.....

Former NHSC scholars, did your ORC payment change dramatically from year to year? Also, did you get it around November every year or in July when the new fiscal year started?
